Tony, you will not be far from both Gapan and Cabanatuan. They both have nice shopping malls and good places to eat. I am sure I will be in both malls at some point so I'll keep my eyes open. There is a cinema and a bingo hall in Gapan, which is always a good bit of fun.
I will keep an eye on the forum while away too to see where you have been.
