Penny`s ingredient list looks good to me..
Rice should be half a day old so its easy to separate..You can use a small amount of water to get the grains less starchy and separate easier.. I like to fry a some chopped up chicken breast in hot oil till brown with garlic and onions before adding rice and Penny`s ingredients(plus a little butter)..Just stir a lot and Bobs you uncle.

Heat the pan put a little oil and cooked rice ,,then keep the rice moving until all the rice is separate and loose add one egg,, dash of tumeric powder add pineapple tidbits..once the egg is done then your egg fried rice is done too

*All cooking should be as simple cooking a piece of toast just apply the appropriate amount of heat to the ingredients !!!*

A lot of Filipno style fried rice. The way I do it, I will heat the pan, really hot . When it's already hot, I lower the temp to medium then put oil. I scramble some eggs or egg and fry it first. Then chop it and put it aside. Next I fry in garlic until crunchy, again put it in a plate for later. Now I have a garlic flavored oil, I put in the rice, fry the rice for 15- 20 min, then I sprinkle chicken cubes or salt, add some pre cooked shrimps. And then mixed in the chopped eggs. 3 more min and done. Put it in the plate and sprinkle my toasted garlic on top and some home made tocino or longganisa on the side. Yummy.

Anyone use cardamon pods, they smell a bit orangey so they add a lovely fragrance to it.
It's time to kick ass and chew bubble gum. And I'm all out of gum.

Used oil and rice that has been cooked and allowed to go cold always seems to make the best, but probably not the healthiest
