of course EU law is wrong, what kind of immigration law/system ignores their past immigration history or criminal record

the gov policy is to deport criminals who have been in prison 1yr or more, but his future wife is a EU national in the UK so its EU law that's been used NOT British immigration law.

Yes if he was married to a Brit i think he would be deported, why the hell shouldn't be ?? his wife can go and live in his country.. and who would want to marry a convicted rapist ?
