i need your answer i apply a Passport with the sure name of my husband my question is if i need the CFO seminar to get passport or not?

hi Zachere you cannot have passport with the surname of your husband not unless you attend for cfo seminar in cebu or manila.those filipina who married foriegn nationals should undergo this procedure.i did same thing.Good luck to you.God Bless

The CFO certificate is required for a Filipino woman married to a foreign national within 6 months and below.
