Been a production supervisor for 7 years handling 60 operators whom most of them union members and union officials. My senior sup said I'm going to give you all unionists. More terrible people on the first few months.

We had opposite views against management. But later on, we became close friends and after 20 years, we still all close together.
I don't closed my door to these people who attacks me. I'm just here people! Try me !
