I have found glucosamine sulphate has (pretty sure its not coincidence or placebo) has help with pain in joints.

As I said above I started running to keep fit when I was 33. About 5 years ago I was getting discomfort in my knee and hips when I ran. Since taking taking glucoamine daily I am free of pain.

There are many recommendations for glucosamin on the web from well-know sports personalities, which are probably not inspired by financial reward as they do not recommend any particular brand.

I don't suggest this is a cure or treatment for arthritis etc.
