    The 3 thieving germs have been granted legal aid. I wonder if Cherie Blair QC has been hired ?

    now i don't believe it unless their unemployed ?

    i dont think you can get legal aid if your gross income is more than £2,657.00 a month.

    My sister couldn't get legal aid for her divorce and had to pay out £8000, just because she worked 20hrs a week at the minimum wage

    was she claiming tax creds etc ?

    when i asked if i was eligible they said they had to count the money we got from the gov for child care

    Well at least this must be a proper and legitimate claim with in the rules otherwise it wouldnt have been granted I suppose we should just be gratefull its not 300 + MPs in the dock think what that would cost and on the day labour published there manifesto to how shocking

    I shudder to think! Shouldn't imagine it'll do the morale of the Parliamentary Labour Party much good ... although, in fairness, this scandal is widespread across the broad political spectrum.
