I don't agree with any lawyer being involved in the immigration process. I consider it a rip-off. All the information required is easy enough, and everyone who has used this forum and Pete's site has not failed in getting there visa.
We always direct folk to the IND for the latest info. Whether they move the goal posts or not, it is still the same basics that apply.
