My wife and I had only been married for just more than 1 month when we submitted our application and we didn't have any problems. As long as there is nothing to suggest that it is not a genuine relationship and the rest of the things you need are in place, ie money in the bank, accomodation and regular employment, you shouldn't have a problem getting a visa.Originally Posted by rusty

As he, Nigel and Rusty have all indicated ... simply ensure you gather the [necessary] evidence they've mentioned to accompany your application and everything should be OK.
