My Fiancee has Marrige Visa , do we need return or single flight ?

My Fiancee Rosa has been granted a Marriage Visa for 6months ( 29th April to 29th Oct 2010), does she need to have a return flight booked or can she come here on a single flight with no return booked ?
Does anyone know the answer to this ?
Any info would be gratefully recieved

Your Rosa could book single flight only.Before the visa expires, she could apply for Further Leave to Remain (FLR)

if she have fiancee visa that means you need to get married with in 6months here in uk and after that apply for FLR so she don't need to go back in the philippines.

A fiancee visa is valid for 6 months ... during WHICH period the wedding MUST take place. Once married, Rosa's next step would be to apply for Further Leave to Remain (FLR) in order to be granted the SAME privileges as the holder of a spousal visa - i.e., permission to stay on in the UK for an additional 27 months [and be allowed to work] - before becoming eligible to seek permanent residency ... otherwise known as Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR).

All of this can be accomplished without her having to return to the Phils. And ... as the wife of a British National ... she would, after living here for [I think] three years, be entitled to apply for UK Citizenship.

So ... a one-way ticket makes sense at the present stage.

Settlement visas ... which include both fiance(e) & spousal versions ... usually take longer to process than say, tourist visas - and applicants are, as a rule, told to expect a waiting period of up to 3 months on average.

That said, there ARE occasions when requests have been dealt with much sooner ... although the timescale CAN differ markedly, according to the Embassy's workload!
