Due to timing issues i had to send in my "certificate of legal capacity to marry" from my country to the embassy in Manila, so they can put a stamp on it and send it to my fiancée. (that was the only possible way as the embassy told me).
If u sent it via airmail it wont be long...
and did u also include extortionate fees for the British Embassy to be able to exchange your CNI/legal capacity for the local Philippine version of it?
My advice is don't send anything in the Philippines postal service. You will be on a wing and a prayer as to when it will arrive... If it ever does that is.
