Cant Reply to Messages

Hi folks,

I recently changed my email address on the Forum.

Since then its been a nightmare. Its taken 2 weeks to actually receive the Notification email to reply to, that enables me to post messages.

However, I still cant reply to new messages in my Inbox???

Why is that? I am not a new user.....I just changed my email address??

Notification emails are sent within seconds from my server, blame you ISP or email client. You posted here so can reply.

Yes I know I posted here......cause I eventually received the notification email......after having requested it for the fourth or fifth time LOL

You JUST have

....and the notifications requests by you ALL got sent to YOUR ISP within seconds, I just checked the log.

Nope you miss my point LOL........yes I can reply to Posts......but cant reply to Private MESSAGES.......

Ah thanks for info re ISP I guess good old Sky Broadband mess up again LOL

Anyway, I guess we know why now.....but why do I need promotion?

Cause before I changed my email address I could send Private Messages? I have made around 59 posts since I joined the Forum last year

I would assume that you only need Promotion if you are a new user rather than just after updating your email address?
