Sorry Ras, But your attempt to be cool or hip just doesn't wash with most of us. If you really think your way of speaking is the 'new' British language, think again. Being a teacher, I think that text speak is a poor and lazy way of talking. Let me tell it in plain english, no one really speaks like that in real life, London 'speak' or not, I have never seen anyone talking that way in nEastenders.
If you have to read and re-read someone's post because you don't understand it, does this not tell you something is wrong?

I take it you work out your stats the same way as the media & government?.... You'll find that the age gap you talk about is a small minority
..... show us your proof of this, however if you want my proof just go through the 100's of relationships on here and you'll find the stats are not that much different that English-Enghlish relationships with regard to age gaps.

errmmm....i dont check stats...i live in phils for 2yrs, and dats wat i c most of....older wiv younger.... go uk embassy in taguig, check d notice of marriages board, for real 80% of marriages ... big age differences

You all disssed qUeEn BeE when she first joined because of the way she wrote, but warmed to her in the end. Any chance of giving Ras a break here? He seems to have got up the noses of a lot of members, maybe I missed a thread or two. be a shame to see him leave. No offence to anybody here, but some of the stories are getting a bit cliched - old guy meets young girl, marries, wants visa advice, gets her over, then never comes back to the forum again. Here's a fella thats a bit different and its like some kind of witch hunt
