I had 2 doctors inspect me in those regions last week, Im still having nightmares (due to lose of control of bladder and bowel) I did say jokingly ' I'll give you 30 minutes then you will have to stop' He was an Indian doctor so I'm guessing that sort of thing went over his head, I must say I left the hospital a different man

Yes thank you Arthur. It was a suspected prolasped disc, after the mri scan it was proved not the case, just swelling caused from an old injury.

Im back running again after 10 days and my doctor approves. My hamsrings were not being stretched enough so, now I know
