no one can recommend you as they dont know you and i dont think any one here is in a position to recommend anyone to a hospital/care home.
but look on the NHS web site for jobs which you can apply for.. search for 'assistant' , 'Assistant Technical Officer'etc. many of the jobs you only need a good standard of education
