i think your visa is approved. Once they say it is ready for collection, that means the visa stamp is already in your passport without the need for any interview. However, if during the lodging of the application she has said that she will pick up the passport, then she needs to pick it up from VFS office together with the receipt that they gave during the time the application was lodged. Moreover, you have to take note of this that fiancee visa has expiration of six months. If within the period of six months, there is no wedding, after the expiration date, that visa is already null and void.
