It is a criminal offence for a person to provide immigration advice or services unless their organisation is registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) or they are:
- a regulated solicitor, barrister or legal executive (or European equivalent)
- exempted by Ministerial Order
Is anyone committing a criminal offence by giving advice on here?
