hi, my spouse visa will expire this coming november 2010, it was issued last august 21, 2008. When is the best time or date to submit my ILR application..thanks..

What date did you arrive in the UK? Without that information it is impossible to advise you.

I arrived here in uk August 29,2008.

You can apply for ILR anytime from the 2nd August 2010 until the date your visa expires.
