i see , but you only have 28 days to appeal anyway, if you did just send the papers and not the appeal form, how long would you wait for an answer ? becuase your time to appeal would be running out.
just phone them and send an email saying you sent an appeal form but would they reconisder you app becuase you have sent the papers asked for, they should do this anyway, pointless the embassy letting it go to appeal, because you would win anyway..
