Update on my uk settlement visa appeal

As you ll know im going through appeal process coz they refused my fiance visa...

but im so happy today coz i receive this in my email

You may wish to be informed that the decision to refuse your visa application has now been overturned by the Entry Clearance Officer on review. We are now ready to issue you visa.

Inorder for us to proceed, you are requested to send us your passport and a letter withdrawing your appeal. Please submit the following documents by courier to this following address:


wow thats so quick,i submitted my appeal last monday may 24 and received email today june2...so its one week before they say its overturned! im in singapore right now and excited to go to phil and give my passport..Thanks to all of you guys specially those who reply to me when im upset...thanks to ECM also for a quick response.....To all waiting for your appeal just keep ringing them coz thats what i did and my asawa did as well,maybe they got annoyed haha so they just overturned it in 1 week...Hope all of waitting for appeal and visa will have good news soon...thanks again guys

hi i lodge my fiancee visa application march 31 got my refused passport last may 20 then sent my appeal may 24..thanks po

hi bornatbirth! i got refused for 2 reason:
1)i didnt send my fiance divorce paper coz the sheriff court havent send it to him yet but officially he is divorce by the time of application.
2)coz they cant see insourmountablereason as to why my fiance cant live with me in phil.

We just submit the divorce paper and give resons as to why he cant live with mein phil and they overturned it in 1 week as my fiance called them today as to why they need to make my appeal long, as its obvious they made a wrong decision..after his call they sent me email saying it overturned and send my passport...;-)

it was quick becuase the ECO manger has overturned it becuase you sent what you was asked for..

if it had gone to appeal it would have been months
