    Ferdinand's out of it

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/foot...10/8722236.stm

Disappointing but he's always been injury prone and isn't a leader of men - time for Capello to show some balls, eat humble pie and return the captaincy to Terry

Rio`s had a bad season and I think he was only in the squad on past performances.Glad to see one of the best defenders this season, shut Tevez out the game when Spurs thumped them, get his chance in the sun. As for the captains armband, Gerrard has done nothing for Liverpool this season, and would not like to see Terry get the job, why not Rooney, outstanding player all season and could help keep his temper in check.

Starting to have a real Liverpool look to the side now if Carragher replaces him and Stevie G as captain

All we need now is for Capy to go to Inter and Benitez to take over England

That's what happens when BAB looks at the pictures and doesn't read the news attached to them.... He gets the wrong end of the stick...... Normal for a misguided utd supporter....

Terry's dad, in case you missed it, has been found innocent of the main charge of supplying with intent, because , the judge said it was clear and blatant entrapment by the newspapers journos... He still got a few hours community service for getting the stuff to them...
I would have hung the journalists for entrapment.

He still sold it though as he didn't know it was entrapment!! ..... Plenty of people locked up because of such things. Isn't putting an undercover officer in a form of entrapment as they have to get involved in the illegal business themselves?

The "crime" may not have taken place if he hadn't been given the idea and the financial incentive...

But people who commit crime are given the idea from someone else... and money is usually involved ... so let everyone out of prison just to be on the safe side we haven't jailed 'innocent' people

Would you have said that about any other story, one that didn't have a Chelsea connection Sounds like something Cherie Blair would have said. Did he hire Stevie Gs solicitor

I am not defending the guy, I am just saying that "maybe" he was targeted because of his connection to Terry...

Did make me wonder why the NOTW seemed to have it in for Terry in the year leading up to the world cup Obviously selling papers is more important than the England team I thought the one about him selling a tour of the training ground was pathetic, seeing as he gave the cash to charity anyway. Should have been given a pat on the back for it.

Wouldnt wipe my with that rag.
