Hi Ady, sorry to hear about that, well it is really dissappointing to know that this TWO government agencies says different things...How come? grrrr...they are just confusing people who's been relying on what will they say as these things are their job, if you'll think about it, it's their negligence but still you and your wife's status is the one suffering.why don't you make a complaint about it?? in the frist place it's them who gave you the signal that you can have the claims really really annoying...they should study their policies again!!!
