We eat Talapia fresh, the marinated milk fish is always frozen.
The taste of dried fish reminds me of Friday tea times 40 years ago.
it was Sprats and that is what the brand of dried fish Jane gets, reminds me of.
We don't have the thick crusty bread to go with it though
It is 2 buckets of rice instead
roast dinner is so far my fave...have tried fish and chips in matlock..hmm still prefer fried galunggong and rice![]()
