Hello everyone,
I would like to ask when i the best time to call the public enquiry office to schedule for an appontment for my ILR...My spouse visa will be expired on november 15,2010...Is it alright to call now to schedule an appoinment? many thanks

When did you arrive in the UK? As your arrival date determines the earliest date you can apply for ILR.

I was arrived here last august 2008....

You can apply 28 days before the 2 year anniversary of your arrival in the UK.

So if you arrived on the 29th August 2008, the earliest date you could apply is the 2nd August 2010.

If you want to apply as soon as you are allowed to you may want to try phoning up for an appointment now.

Post your exact date if you want the earliest date you can apply confirmed.
