Thanks for the imput guys I tend to find net based property is dearer (aimed at tourists)
And I decided long ago never to invest capital in the Phils untill they give me the same rights as everyone who lives here (dont like living in boxes in the air )
Just thought I would see if someone on here has a property that might be of mutual benifit
