Only my surname on the visa ! ?

I just got my passport back this morning ,so happy i got PR ,but only my surname on the visa ,they forgot to pint my fist name on it ,what a joke!
I have to call them tomorrow,just wondering if anyone had this problem before ?

Haven't heard of anyone else this has happened to ... but that doesn't mean it HASN'T! It's the UK Border Agency's fault, though ... not yours!

Anyway, I'm so glad to learn you've been granted your ILR ... I've just read your earlier posts from last month, and can see you've had a very anxious wait. All you need do now is call the UKBA tomorrow and arrange for them to rectify THEIR mistake. You have, after all, parted with [not such] a small fortune for the "privilege"!
