Thanks for your reply Joe, I have actually got 6 months bank statments with £60k , I am using 45k of that to purchase another plot of land in the Philippines which is why I put 15k on original calculation, but seeing as I have had the bank email me the statments already I guess it makes sense to use the 60k. Do you think that makes any difference though as it does not show me making a living the money has not been doing anything for a long time!
Also as we have our house on the market in the philippines we can also use that as part of our portfolio in assets, which if we cannot sell we shall rent at around 30,000peso a month, around £400.
I know its a gamble anytime, but does this make any difference?
