Thanks for the replys! I can say it certainly is a gamble and should they turn us down we for sure will appeal and i am pretty sure when they read that if i was to take our british son home to uk alone with myself i would not be able to work as i would have to look after him, 18 months old, so that would be a burden on the tax payer!
