Once in a Decade

I couldn't believe it, as we touched down in Heathrow the Suns rays were reaching out to us to guide us safely on to our runway and welcome us with an unusually good weather' Or perhaps the Sun was just missing one of her pinay sisters,
I'm here in the UK phew what a journey, Don't want to do that to often ( 17 hours ) No problems just very, very long.
The weather is lovely, I was in Asda, Tesco, Morrison and ofocurse the outlet village, wearing my Summer outfit, Though it was a little chilly this morning only being about 12c Brrrrr.......
I'm here safely, the air is breathable the food is edible and the drink is Alcoholic hic hic hic......
OK hubby get ready to SHOP.,.......
p.s..think I might stay here for a while

to the UK, Mari. You've arrived at a good time weather-wise ... as, by all accounts, many parts of the country can look forward to basking in a mini heatwave over the course of the next few days ... so try not to spend too much of it shopping in supermarkets - unless you're stocking-up on ice cream and cold drinks!!!

thanks everyone,it was a lovely 3rd day in the uk...been on a carboot this morning and its still hot here,...been to m&s foods but it was so costly so we've decided to eat down macs and no free dip??? asking for 5pence??? arggghhh pissed to death i could have bring my own catsup
Met all my new family they were all nice and sweet they made me feel so welcome here and treat me as their own ..am going to love it here
