Hi , I've been married to a Filipino for 17 years , I wish there was a community around like this when we first came to the UK. It would have helped so much. Hopefully we can offer advice and help etc.
Cheers Andrew

hello andrew and welcome , 17 years wow a long time could you give me advice on the six lottery numbers for wednesday
haha yes it is a long time, things have changed alot, when my wife first came to the uk there where very few Filipinos , in fact she was the only one in our town (pop 16000) now there must be 30+, she seems to know just about all the Filipinos in the UK LOL
it suprized me how many was on this site but i am adding another one very soon
I think they made it there business to know everybody
The UK has changed for the better in that respect.
My Brother in law married a filipina in the mid 80's and all they had was pen and paper.
Things have changed now! I know London has been multi culture for decades but, the rest of us, we are still catching up.
Swindon, where I live with my filipina wife is very much multi culture, maybe with being on the M4 corridor to London, who know?
We are happy here, anyway
