Financial Advice, Please?

Hi,Im looking for some advice,and it will be very much appreciatedI have little savings,but I,m thinking of getting a bank loan or re-mortgage.Is it possible for my wife to apply for a spouse visa, if my bank account savings, come from bank loan/re-mortgage?
And would it be okay,for this to show up in a bank statement?

put the money in your bank account then send the next 6 bank statements ie not the statement showing where the money came from
