Hmmm..Since Manila does not generally have high temperature...it's not the case now..it's supposed to be the rainy season here now but it's still hot here..
That's why it say 'generally'... I was going to change the wording but checkin the yearly temps it's only this year tha's been bad with long high temps.... probably because you left the cooker on!
