yes i can cook Filipino meals like you started off cook adobo, calderetta minudo panncit, maxes style fried chicken, sinigang, tinola, kare kare tocino.
I have a great Filipino shop near to me in Stevenage. JKEA Filipino & oriental food store. they have near enougth everything you need. at the monmet they even have salted duck eggs.the owner is great she said i cook better than her. they are on facebook 'JKEA Dizon'
Hi Alan, thanks for the post. I think if you enjoy cooking anyway, it's easy to learn. Thanks for the tip about the shop. I visit Digital Depot in the Old Town quite often, so I'll check it out when I'm next there.
