Morning!
The meals I cook on a regular basis are Sinigang na Baboy/Hipon/Ox Tail, Adobo Baboy/Manok, Bistek, Corned Beef, Torta, Tinola. Never cooked Kare Kare for some reason. I don't know the Filipino name for it, but I fry fresh cod and pour over a couple of tins of tomatoes fried in garlic, onions, thickened with a couple of beaten eggs with added patis.
