    Hi Alan, thanks for the post. I think if you enjoy cooking anyway, it's easy to learn. Thanks for the tip about the shop. I visit Digital Depot in the Old Town quite often, so I'll check it out when I'm next there.
    Anyway, it's adobo tonight. Took this shot a cpl minutes ago. The rice is already cooked
