Trying to save your marriage is not bad idea, but after all is your decision.
Without being an expert, I believe when a marriage between a foreigner and a Filipinos national ends in divorce, also the Filipinos partner is entitled to the same treatment. The Filipinos laws cannot forbid a divorce to a foreigner married to Filipinos spouse.
