hi all my friends and anyone else,i ahve looked into the oblong box top right hand corner next to the magnifi glass, but i need more imformation, emma fiancee visa will run out jan 26th 2011, we hope to marry before that date , when can we aply for the flr is it after we marry or has it to be near that 26th date , we intend to pay the extra and get it sooner too, so does that mean she can work straight way if we are sucsessfull, all good answers are appreciated and the wrong ones thanks

1 month before her visa expired you can past your papres to home office , when you got the flr your allowed to work without restriction but you need to marry firts when she got here, hehehehehe! god luck and god bless!

Once Emma is here better get married as soon as possible and after that apply FLR right away. Don't live it too long. Thats all my advice to all the girls here in our forum.
I don't want that another disaster will happened again. Just searched about Leahnew story.

It was a nightmare that time...we had fun and enjoyed roaming around so much...if we went in registry office just a week I arrived in UK, maybe he sorted it quicker....but NO REGRETS I am very happy now coz we finally got married here in Phil...

Read the link I posted...it almost explain there even my first post was edited...

My only advice is get a NOTICE OF MARRIAGE asap...after a week she arrived it's ok to do it, even you schedule the wedding after a month or two, so they (the registry) can check and assess your papers easily and to prevent hassle
