    ...why wud he want to join spurs.....liverpool or spurs..it is a no brainer....liverpool have history...skillful players...talented coaching staff...ambition and a great future....spurs have doris the tea lady and a dodgy manager...( brown envelopes for everyone at spurs....lol)

    ancient history aside Totnum are in the Champions League not playing Moldovan pub teams in the Europa

    ..and how often this century have Tottenham played in the CL? In all likelyhood they'll also be in the Europa Cup after the Group stages, and statistically Liverpool have done just as well as ManU in the CL this century.

    In 2005 for finishing 5th Liverpool shouldn't have been allowed into the CL - must've been some palm greasing at Uefa HQ

    Our Spurs squad is not good enough for CL and we wont finish in top 4 either, we have 2 or 3 good players and that`s it, now that`s being realistic.We need to spend on some quality but our manager wont attract them, much preferred Jol.

    In saying that Liverpool should stop looking backwards, history`s gone, lets see how you perform this season. Chelsea, how lucky were you not signing Ribery

    It was actually all the major European leagues that got EUFA to changes the rules to common sense. The same as they've recently changed it so finalists qualify fro Europe.

    most likley wasnt the fact it was spurs but he more likley wanted to work with harry again.
