and hopefully meet them and make friends with them.
actaully saw some filipina, but it seems some are snob,:
even u smile at them, they never smile bak...... strange! hahahaha
and that make me wonder?

Yes I also noticed that a lot (not a few) Filipinos are snobbed.
They don't seem to smile back at you if you smile at them.
They're weird, aren't they?
Typical Filipinos.
But if you come across a Filipino, don't hesitate to approach them.
I'm sure they'll respond and will start to talk to you.
It's just that most Filipinos are shy in nature and they get embarassed in case such a person is not Filipino.
But once they find out you're also Filipino, they'll be more than happy to be friend with you, too!
