There have been many hurdles and hoops to jump though , the local courts, they seem to have there own time frames and procedures which haven’t followed true to some of the information given here and other Philippine legal websites. I can only imagine that courts have there own local views on annulments and have made it as hard as possible for Janice and myself in the hope of giving up.
Yes you would think that they would make good their mistake without charge, I know they didn’t personally make it but after all they still are the local branch of the NSO.
They did tell Janice that it MAYBE it will be done quickly since it’s their typing mistake.
