Querries about ID's-ILR???

Hello everyone and to all the members here in the forum
My husband registered me to his GP and I've got my NHS number as well. We also have a joint account in a bank. Have my name also in the Council tax - all in the surname of my husband. Right now Im waiting for my National Insurance Number. Still no idea what surname will they used. My question is, will there be an effects after having this id's / evidence of my staying in UK if im going to apply for my ILR wherein my Passport bears my maiden name???... im just after the consistency of documents if im about to apply for my ILR...

just make sure u always keep marriage contract with u when transacting together with your passport and tell them ur passport will amend when it expires
