Something similar happened with my sis the same day as the service!!!!
Really Boss? Well guess what they did? The previous engineer put the TIMER on without even mentioning it to me. The Engineer who came this morning is quite good and very helpful he even teach me the key functions etc. etc.. So my heater is up and running.. problem solved.
