Crybaby, according to the Law of Attraction, you're "attracting" the lack of a job into your life, so, ...as the lore goes ... you'd need to attract different things, good things, into your life
Ok, then, when you realise that doesn't really work, then ....
here's my advice

Don't worry about these setbacks. Yes, they'll prefer graduates from Universities in this Country over foreign graduates, and I am sure that you can appreciate that. The reason is because they at least know exactly what they're getting (in theory).
The thing YOU must do is make yourself stand out, make yourself shine, and work your ass off to get a job. It's not easy, especially now.
These last few years have been the worst and hardest times to be looking for a job.
Things will be better.
Just be willing to work harder than others to get a job. Do things that others won't do.
I remember I once spent 11 hours per day , every day, for about 2 weeks trying to find a job - in the summer that here was the hottest.
It was worth it ... landed a great one
so there is still hope
