Thanks for the lovely welcome a few weeks ago. Anyway, my family is planning to apply for the ILR visa. The problem is I am now 18 years old and unfortunately have to apply separately. Now my problem is that if I have to take the Life in the UK test despite finishing my GCSE and A-level certificates here in the UK, meaning I have been taught in english medium and have definitely learnt a lot about UK's way of living during my 3-years of study. And to be honest, I have truly embraced British's heritage and culture. SO yeah, *do I still have to take the test? I have also emailed the UKBA regarding this but I haven't heard any from them since (a week ago).
