BBC Should Axe Licence Fee, Think Tank Says

I'm not surprised, all I ever seem to get on it are Welsh messages instead of programs.

I watch BBC iPlayer and am hacked off at the amount of programmes in Gaelic, Irish and Welsh that are on there. BBC are throwing public money at producing programmes only a handful of people can watch.
