thats very correct stevie as my wifes spouse visa was refused becoz i could not show i payed any tax and was self employed at the time

his not cerrently self employed now but his planning to do it.. i hope he can so dat we can use dat tax payments and bank statements wen we apply for spouse visa again.. is it really need to be six months for banks statements?..

sorry but i cant understand why the spouse visa was refused... have you supplied all the documents needed? what do you think was the problem? how many times did you see each other before you get married? lots of questions.... its kinda hard to comprehend things if u dont know the whole story :(

they needed personal letters and emails.. but we dont really send much emails bcoz we chat everyday on ym or skype.. we submitted call history and some fb and fs messeges.. yup, we supplied all the major requirements.. 4 times before we got married..
