Thumbs up Getting married, again! :-0)

It looks like Emma and I will be getting wed this Jan
I just need to research as to what documents are needed

I think she will have to get her CENOMAR from the NSO, and me, a cert of no impediment, and also my final divorce decree.

Any advices would be great please.

Is I'm half Irish, I am entitled to Irish Citizenship, and will have little to no consular fees, and alot less paperwork.

    Thanks everybody.
    Got it all covered.

Getting my Irish passport will be great.
    No messing around!!
just turn up at the Irish Embassy in the Phils, and is all done, and won't cost a penny, not to mention that she will be able to travel all around the EU with me also without a special Visa.
It adds Two years to full British Citizenship, but who cares!!

why didn't you mention it before ?
can you get an Irish passport, a family permit has some advantages over a spouse visa. (mainly its free )

    Well Joe...
I only found out myself last week from a friend, and had to do some research before posting here.
I don't like to testiculate, and feed people with bullshit
My mother has been deceased for a couple of years, and she was born in County Waterford, though my Father also deceased, was English, therefore I have a right to Irish Citizenship.
Will be calling the Irish Embassy tomorrow morning.

This will indeed save me alot of money, and pain.
My ex Wife came over from Peru years ago, and I had to go through all that nonsense!!!

we are a muslim run country after all

that a non British European living in the UK has a virtual legal right and yet a Brit doesn't
I called you a foreigner( for immigration purposes ) because of the flaw that allows a person who can claim British and Irish passports can use either the European immigration system or the British one
