yeh this is what i think.. I told him possible it is scam but he told me maybe not, coz he is applying as Engineer.. Thank you so much... At least i confirmed my doubt is right.. also i sent him the link of UK Border Agency (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/) for him to read and to guide him when applying to go to UK.
