I love horse racing, especially flat. I usually have a favourite for each season who I follow regardless. Previously was Ravens Pass, this season it's been Equiano and Canford Cliffs.
I tend to follow trainers rather than jockeys, but I'm a fan of Murtagh and Fortune I suppose.
Looking forward to the Arc today, but the soft ground makes it a tough one to call. Hopefully Workforce can step up to the mark!
    What do you reckon??

it was a very good Arc, but running 19 horses can't be sensible and the ground was described as being like a field of spuds.

Cheers Joe. Yes we do plan to marry but not until 2011. I'm happy to support her but she's very keen
to look for other work at the moment, mainly so she can send even more back home. I'm not sure if marrying
her gives her more rights to get work here, but I'm looking into that at the moment. I'm just very happy she's
here for at least another year so we have the breathing space to organise our future while in the same country.
Thanks again for your advice a few months back.

if you've lived together for 2yrs or more and have evidence she could apply for a Unmarried partner visa, she could do any type of work then, or apply for a COA and marrying in the UK and once she has been granted FLR she could do any type of work again.

don't wait tooo long thou, 6-7 months time if your still together, apply for a COA (cert of approval) means she can wed in the uk - but it could well be scrapped by then )
