Prefer the later LSD inspired stuff rather than the earlier boy band ballads.
I love the music of Beatles as well... one of my faves are 'Fool On The Hill'
I've become a fan of Thai dance/pop muzik! Some of it is fantastic!

The first records I ever bought was Love Me Do, Needles and Pins and Come on by the Stones.
I`m in the Beatles film when they were singing live on the roof of Apple in Saville Row. That was a great afternoon when that part of the West End came to a standstill.
If you find them I was with 4 mates hanging on to some chimney pots on The Albany, a block of very up market mansion flats. Edward Heath lived there , also Michael Caine shared a flat with Terence Stamp, J.B.Priestly and a few other luminaries.
We was being rude boys so a lot of our shots were left on the cutting room floor. I had a rust coloured jumper.
They sounded great live, shame it was cut early.
... ahh ... the Merseybeat Scene ... the "Swingin' Sixties" ... reminiscent of The Beatles, Searchers, Gerry & the Pacemakers, et al ...

Aww not a Stones v Beatles debate.
Stones fans will never win that one The Beatles total record sales piss on the rolling stones and they disbanded 40 years ago
I am a fan of both though and like and equally dislike some songs from either group.
Perhaps in early days that was somewhat true, but as their music style changed then their audience altered too and male or female The beatles were and still are the most popular band of all time.
Is that apo the one on the pot, (chimney pot) that is
I wish it was but I was a very young teenager in 1969 so a bit out of Pete/London's league
I sat next to George Harrison on a plane once from London to Madrid in the late 70's and had a nice chat.
We just talked about Liverpool where we were both from, I didn't want to get into the typical beatles fan stuff, I thought he had probably had a lot of that
A record company executive came back and gave me a look that he was more important than me, so I moved back to cattle class
